Those brave souls braving the NSW ocean in August were rewarded handsomely with lovely sunny weather, little swell and light winds the entire weekend. Water temp was about 16 degrees, and the visibility was still quite good at 10-12m.
Shipping movements precluded any attempts to dive the Bombo at Pt Kembla, but there was plenty of good diving off Bass Point at the Arch and around various parts of Lou's Rock.
