 Jervis Bay

12-13 December 2009

Coordinator: Ray Vran

The original trip notice has been archived.

The weekend was blessed with glorious weather; sunny, little wind or swell, and blueish 19C water outside the bay. The viz was a bit worse inside but still quite reasonable.

North Bowen as usual provided Weedy Seadragons on demand, and the Docks coughed up Blue Devilfish, to the delight of those who hadnt seen them before. The spectacular scenery of The Arch and 10-Fathom Dropoff was, well, spectacular. And those who dived the Firefly got a taste of diving-by-braille.
