Annual General Meeting

Announcement

The ANU Scuba Club Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 28 November from 7pm onwards in Manning Clark Lecture Theatre #5, ANU.

As with last year, the club will offer pizza ($1/slice) and non-alcoholic beverages ($1/can). If you plan on eating pizza (not to be eaten in the lecture theatre), please RSVP to the secretary so we can order sufficient food.

If you are no longer an active member please come along to the AGM, renew your membership, and join us for the coming dive season. If you need to rejoin the SRA, you can fill out an application form on AGM night at the SRA front counter. If we see your paid receipt, you can join the club at the meeting. (Note that you will need a passport-sized photo for your SRA membership application, or the photo from a previous year.)

  3. Agenda items submitted by members
  4. Santa's helper Award. Presentation of annual awards to non-club-officers who have contributed significantly to another year of great diving. Nominations?

Is there something missing from the agenda? Please send additions to the committee: anusc-committee@anu.edu.au. As per the current club constitution, proposed constitutional amendments must be submitted in writing to the Secretary eight days in advance of the AGM.
